1. what courier do you use?

We ship via J&T for domestic shipping and DHL for international shipping.

2. how many days will my order take to be delivered?

We ship everyday from Monday - Friday.
For Luzon orders, it may take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
For Visayas and Mindanao orders, it may take 5-7 business days to be delivered.
For International orders, it may take 10-15 business days to be delivered.

3. do you ship outside the philippines?

Yes. We ship worldwide, via DHL. You may order here on our website. The shipping process takes 10-15 business days.

4. do you do same day deliveries?

Yes. Please message us on Instagram or Facebook for same-day delivery orders. Same day deliveries are only available for Metro Manila and Rizal areas from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM PHT.
