What are your delivery lead times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

 

Metro Manila (NCR): 2–4 days

Luzon (outside NCR): 3–5 days

Visayas: 5–7 days

Mindanao: 7–10 days

Remote / Island areas: 10–14 days

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally.

 

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Express Shipping (DHL): 4–7 business days

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Delays can occasionally happen due to high order volume, weather conditions, or courier issues.

If your order goes beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you right away.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?

Our courier will attempt delivery multiple times.
If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us and reshipping fees may apply.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Refund and Return Policy

At Hiraya Pilipina, your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligible Refunds and Returns

We accept refund or return requests within seven (7) days from date of delivery for the following cases:

  • Missing or incomplete orders
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item, size, or variant sent by our team

To help us verify and process your request faster, we highly encourage customers to provide:

  • a clear unboxing video, and
  • photos showing the issue and packaging condition upon arrival

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • With complete original packaging, tags and inclusions 

Requests may be denied if the item shows signs of use, misuse, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
  • Customer-provided errors such as incorrect shipping address or contact details
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect product functionality or usability

Intimate Wear Policy

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and undergarments are considered final sale once opened, used or worn. As such, these items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless proven defective or incorrectly fulfilled upon delivery.


Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund, please contact us at care@hirayapilipina.com within seven (7) days from receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos/videos

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


No Cancellation Policy
All orders are considered final once placed. Cancellation requests will no longer be accepted after checkout.

We securely process payments through PayMongo.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept QRPh, GCash, Visa, Mastercard and Online Banking.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Is payment required before shipping?

Yes. Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

Are there additional payment fees?

No. We do not charge additional payment processing fees.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payment transactions are encrypted and securely processed through PayMongo.
